My risk and my boyfriend

Hello everyone, I am a woman of 28 years, six months ago my boyfriend had another sexual relationship outside of our relationship, the risk of it was oral sex (cunnilingus) with a prostitute, that is what he said after that he made four HIV antibody tests.
The tests were made at 9, 10, 15 and 19 weeks, all these negative. of 15 weeks and was sent to a specialist in HIV and said that this was conclusive. Yet he was worried and did it again the 19 weeks in HIV detection center where they said he could rest this situation. After this situation we had sex without a condom relying on test results. And now I'm cold and I'm getting worried that he was the rare cases with antibodies only appear after 6 months. Would he and I are infected? Should he test again. After the risk it took 6 months was depressed and hardly know the house so he said he had no relationship with another person after the risk of cunnilingus with her and that is very sorry and will never do the same thing.
What is the risk of it?
What is my risk?
sorry my english

What a waste of 19 weeks for nothing when he never had an HIV risk in the first place.

He is a normal person with no health problems, but after 19 weeks of the test he had a lung infection. this could be a sign late seroconversion. I know they are very rare but I'm scared of this possibility.

He says that the only risk we had was cunnilingus and vaginal sex with a condom and it was not broken. Even though it breaks his tests are conclusive or not?
