4th generation test

Hello evey1,
Long story short .. I am a 28 year old male from  u.s .who’s made the biggest mistake of my life of having a unprotected vaginal sex with someone I met while in a  resort ..status unknown .. however few weeks after I expiernced few Symptoms ..body ache , joint pain headache and list goes on ..but no fever or flu like symptoms ...or rash
I took the following test
4th gent test at day 22 ... negatice
4 gen test at week 5 ... negative
4 generation test at week 7 negative
Hiv1 rna pcr .. week 7 negative
4 generation ..week 9 negative
Rapid test at almost 10 weeks .. negative
However my symptoms still exist till today which is week 10 after the exposure ..
I was told by my doc that i need to stop testing but for what I have read on line the testing windnow is 3 months but what I have read is 4 generation is conclusive after 28 days ...
Is this accurate ??

The 4 gen was conclusive after 4 weeks so it is abnormal for you to continue testing with a negative result. You don't have HIV symptoms since you are negative  and billions of other negative people claim they have the same symptoms. Time to move on from HIV and accept that since you don't have any medical training that you have been wasting your time living in fear trying to work up an impossible HIV theory.  Self diagnosing was the only big mistake you made but you can fix that instantly by accepting the science.

I been told that all test have a window of 90 days .. is that accurate ?
That is very outdated guideline, so reread my advice.
