Rash at 12 weeks

Hello guys. I'm scheduled for my conclusive test next Monday. However, last week (12 weeks post exposure), I noticed a few red/pinkish dots that resembled insect bites on my hands/forearms. They don't itch and seem to come/go. I know I haven't been bitten by anything. Question is, can ARS rash occur at 12 weeks?

ARS happens at 2-4 weeks if one gets symtpoms.
