6 weeks 4th gen test, how conclusive?

My case: I had like 2 seconds brief vaginal penetration with a girl I met from online app and didnt know very well, Im suffering from anxiety from HIV fear since then, having insomnia from like 10 days now ( sleeping 4-5 hours/ night)

My Tests until now:

15 days 4th gen elisa - negative
24 days 4th gen elisa - negative
43 days 4th gen elisa - negative (got it today)

I also tested for a bunch of STDs  on 24 and 43 days and all negative.

Am I safe?

No reason to be suffering from insomnia!  You may like to retest at 12 weeks if you wish, but just FYI in my country (Australia) official guidelines state that 6 weeks negative with a 4th generation hiv test is fully conclusive with no follow up required

Your test results are very good indication that you don't have hiv. However, it is not conclusive. As per CDC, only a 12th week result is conclusive.
