swollen lymph nodes and ear infection

I know this is kinda a repeat question... about 6 months ago I got really drunk and made the ultimate mistake. I had unproted sex with someone for about 10 mins... well at least I think it was unproted... his ex wife calls me the next day and says that he supposly had sex with an hiv pos person. She was really angry and was saying she was gonna come to my house and fight me. I don't know if she said it out of anger or what but I know he has a small baby and a girlfriend. That's all I really know bout him. I don't even know what his name is now. What do u expect for a 1night stand and then all that drama. I have had gonera 2 times now and can't get rid of it. But yesterday I found a knott on my neck and went to the local dr and the said I had an ear infecxtion and 1 swollen lymph node and prscribed me antibiotics.. so my question is that I have seen that it can be a sigh. I have had a test at 4 and 8 weeks that came back neg and I got tested today but I'm so scared. The nurse there said that its a really good chance that I don't have hiv but I'm freaking out. Please please please help me. Its so hard to wait 2 weeks for the results. Thanks. I'm desperate.

Move on. The only conclusive test is one done at 3 months post exposure.
