Ab ag 4th gen at 49 days, sympotms showed later

Does symptoms mean anything I got tested with 4th gen ag ab at 49 days, it came negative but I expirience night sweats and more symptoms. It's been a month since I did test but still have night sweats. Before the test I didn't have night sweats. I guess my question is. Do I need to get tested again since I didn't have symptoms when I tested the first time? And virus just started? Or sympotms doesn't mean anything?

Hi symptoms are unreliable for the use of hiv diagnosis. If you have symptoms after a negative conclusive test result, it means that your symptoms are due to something else other than hiv

but its right on the border i think 49 days,  i was thinking if its anxiety and go for another test that hopefully will call me down and symptoms go away.
Thanks guys at least i found good place on the internet. that i can share
You were already told 28 so  you never listen to any of the answers you get. You are the only one who believes in symptom diagnosis and "49 border" so there isn't anything for you to share because we already know you are negative.
Ok, I just been told that she had her periods lasting for two months and will go to a doctor.  Hopefully it's not connected with hiv. And yes negative.
See a therapist because your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness.  This is an HIV forum and no one can deal with your mental illness here because you need one on one.

Just reiterating that symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV.  Only tests.  You tested negative in the time frame in which results are conclusive. You do not have HIV.  Anxiety is keeping you from accepting this, however.  Your choice is to see a doctor to diagnose whatever symptoms you are having's cause (and anxiety could be the reason) or to continue to fret over something ignoring facts.  I'd personally go the route of working on your anxiety so that you can get on with your life.

Irrespective of the test generation,  a negative at or post 42 days is conclusive.

Ok thank you, so I guess anxiety can cause night sweats? When you fall asleep and wake up after 1 hour all chest sweaty, neck. Should I do one more test just to get over it, because when im not thinking about this night sweats still  happen. it will help to calm? It's one month after the test now 49 day test.
If you keep testing, examining your body or googling for death, that means you don't believe the test so it is unlikely that another test will calm you down. Better to see doc or a therapist if you can't accept the science than keep worrying and testing.
Ok thanks, so sympotms doesn't mean that immune system started to react to the virus? If I had it it would show on the first test even before symptoms?
You need to move on from your HIV theories.
It's hard to do when you have night sweats for alsmot 4 weeks everyday.
You are a very anxious person, fixated on a disease you can't have, so it is not surprising that you sweat in terror, then think you have proven that you have a disease you don't have. Medical students often think they have a disease they are studying, so you aren't the first to be deceived by yourself.
See your doc or a therapist to try to put yourself out of this unnecessary misery, instead of being stuck in this rut where you effectively don''t accept any science except your own science fiction.
Was it oral, anal or vaginal and did you use a condom?
it was vaginal, i did but before i rubbed vaginal fluid on my penis couple times and then put condom on.
You had no risk, so have been wasting your time living in fear, imagining you have ARS and testing.
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk and your tests were a waste of time.
HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
thanks, but my night sweats are not going away, i've never experienced anything like that, and seeing more other things coming that looks like could be symptoms. so basically from fingering and putting it right on the head of the penis has zero risk? So i probably need to go to a therapist or physician?

On the test report, if it is not written"4th generation" test but written "Combo" or "Duo", and reported as Antibody and Antigen both, it is a 4th generation test, conclusive after 4 weeks or 28 days

Symptom seldom mean anything. Never judge your infection from the symptoms. Test is the only way to know our status conclusively and that's what you did. Trust your test results and move on with your life. Your 49 day HIV Duo test is conclusive.

Thank you, I am asking because I didn't have any of those sympotms when I did the test. And not sure why I still have them after i saw my results. So this means that seroconversion doesn't affect test? HIV duo is it the same name for 4th gen ag ab with reflexes? That's what it's called on the results I got form the lab .
