CMIA test at 80 days and test performance time

Hi,

I have tested thrice over a period of two months. During the first two tests at 42nd and 59th day, I got my CMIA test reports back the very next day after being tested (both non reactive). However this time around the lab took 3 days to provide the report which was non reactive as well. Does this mean that there was something suspicious that they detected?

My doctor said that I need to test at 6 months again. The description of my exposure is that I used my cut finger to remove a wet condom from my penis after sex with a street CSW in Phuket, Thailand, I had sustained the cut from a tooth pick lying in my pocket. It was a puncture wound and was sustained 6 hours before the exposure. It was not bleeding when I had the exposure.

So 80 days later I have the following test details:

42 days-CMIA test Non reactive
60 days- ECLIA Ag/Ab- Not detected
79 days- CMIA- Non reactive

The last test took 3 days to perform. Is there a problem?
Was there a positive test on CMIA that had to be confirmed and the confirmatory test showed up negative by chance?

Regards,
Mike
