Any of this take effect?

Hey everyone, I have a few conditions that I am worried about. My concern is that they suppress my immune system so much that I am more vulnerable to infection or auto-innoculation for the herpes simplex virus.

1) I have a horrible never-ending rash on my scrotum; It's been diagnosed as contact dermatitis, dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, some fungus, everything! No matter what I put on it, it doesn't go away!

2) I have very weird stool problems, which I believe is a parasite; I know for sure it is probably liver flukes and tape worms and pin worms, but there is most likely many other parasites in my system.

3) Nothing has been diagnosed but hepatitis is possible, due to rimming when stool is present. It could very well be Hep C, although Hep A and Hep B isn't out of the question.

4) The stool changes may also be due to Lyme Disease, and I know Lyme creates a red circular rash, and I believe the rash on my scrotum may be that, I don't really know.

5) I do have Celiac-Disease, or just a Gluten Intolerance; I am worried because this is an auto-immune disease.

6) Because of the rash on my scrotum, I have been on Elidel and Protopic ointment (which are both immunosuppressants); I am not sure of the potency, but I am sure it is a very high potency and I did use it more often than prescribed. Also, I would always get some into my mouth due to putting my fingers in my mouth after applying the ointments. I also took Prednisone pills, which I believe is also an immunosuppressant.

I do have ORAL HSV1, but I am worried because of all these above factors that I am more at a risk of auto-innoculating myself, or that the antibody test for HSV2 would be inaccurate because of these above factors; e.g. the immunosuppressants or any of these sicknesses suppressing my immune system to the point where my body cannot create enough antibodies, or where the test cannot detect enough antibodies, or where my body cannot properly use the antibodies to protect against auto-innoculation.

The same applies to all other STD's and HIV...Does any of this make me more susceptible to any STD's or make me not able to fight against any infection because my immune system is suppressed and trying to fight all of these illnesses.

Would any of this cause a change or delay in my HIV test, e.g. My body not making enough antibodies or the test not being able to find/read anough antibodies.

Also, I do have some open cuts/abrasions/gashes on my hands from working with metal, would this make me more susceptible/prone to auto-innoculating my hands and elsewhere onto my body (genitals) or auto-innoculation of HPV (the type that causes warts) ?

No, I had unprotected sex; I'm just wondering if any of these things could effect my result by not producing/getting or able to test enough antibodies, or if I will have to wait longer than the 3 month window period because of my immune system being suppressed.

I think you are worrying too much.

A 3 month test should be fine.

if you immune system is so suppressed, i think your seroconversion will take longer than normal....
I think you should test at 6 months to let your body produce enough antibodies........
