One last thing to add. If Im feeling this extreme fatigue at 11 weeks post exposure would it even be possible for it to be related to early HIV symptoms?? Because I thought it would happen sooner then symptoms would go away
so i just had my blood drawn to look for mono and to do a cdc count or something...The results came back negative for mono and she said that my blood work looked perfect and well, she said that if i did in fact have a virus or hiv that i would have an elevated white blood cell count, also my lymphocyte count was right on she said. Does this mean that at 11 weeks with a normal blood test and a negative HIV test at 8 weeks that its almost safe to say im HIV free?
Thank you Teak, Im sure that this is the 1,000,000th time you've heard this but what you do is truly a god send for soo many people.
The chances that you are positive are slim and as you've been told you need a conclusive test result at 3 months post exposure. You can go to your doctor at any time and be tested for mono.
