I would say no because saliva inhibits HIV transmission.
At no time was she at risk of contracting HIV from kissing.

I am trying to explain with her just now and making her calm; but her concern is still that "blood" from man's broken tongue did go into her month (she said she tasted blood at that time). I know the risk is very low, but I don't know how to explain and address this concern with her. Could you please help me?
It's not low it's no risk. Saliva is not infectious and contains over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibit HIV transmission.
