Scared of HIV

I had a sex with prostitute  on 8th Aug and got a shock after I ejaculated inside her vagina that  condom was ruptured. out fear I got 1st HIV test Rapid on 10th Aug it was -ve. Now since 20th Iam feeling irritation while urinating and some yellow  discharge from penis. After going through many blogs and websites it is confirmed that I have some STD for which I will be tested tom and start medication. Also I had 2nd HIV test on 23rd Aug which is also -ve( ELISHA).  I need some advice whether I can have HIV after 4 or 6 weeks or 12 weeks. as few sites say that Thumb rule for HIV test is that if done today it gives result on status of 12 weeks prior.
