Can you confirm if my results are conclusive

Aug 10th i received unprotected oral sex from another male.

September 7th (29 days) i visited a UK GUM clinic and submitted blood.

Results came back a few days after; negative/ clear

Can i take these results as conclusive?

You were never exposed to HIV risk, therefore your test will always come back negative
