HIV Question? Anxiety getting the better of me?

I was in work early morning nearly 2 weeks ago and I cut myself on like a hard sheet foil ( big coffee jar that had a sharp like foil on the top) it made a slightly deep paper cut is how I can explain best , bit like a razor cut and I bled for around 5 minutes . I couldn’t stop it so the first aider who I’d just seen in the kitchen took me to a room which she applied an anti septic wipe while it was still bleeding . She then grabbed the wipe and dabbed the cut with the wipe again and then applied the plaster . No gloves were used but she informed me she washed her hands .

Now I’m worrying due to my anxious mind , what if she was bleeding on her hands aswell when applying these things? I have no reason to believe she was or no reason to believe she has HIV but I’m thinking of worst case scenario and it is worrying me sick to the point after sleeping with my girlfriend I’m worried i could have it and I’ve passed it on ? After this happened another guy in the office said ‘something like that happened to me a few months ago and I had to get her to sort it’ now I’m
Worrying about it all if he passed anything on...

I’ve read so many different things but what I can see is that when the blood hits the air it becomes non transmissible . Is this true ?  Am I being silly? Would there be need for a test? I can’t recall seeing any blood on the outside of the plaster when she put it over my cut but I’m just worried .

I know these questions may come round a lot so I apologise in advance

Zero risk and it doesn't make sense to be a risk otherwise everyone would have it. You aren't the first person with a cut who touched something.
