Condom intercourse, blood masturbation

Hello, my English is not very forgiving, with condom intercourse for about 5 minutes, found that the other party is menstrual period, condom is blood, the technician later directly took off the condom to help me masturbate, then she should have menstrual blood in her hands, after about 5 minutes, I reacted, I am afraid, I am at risk, I need to take blocking drugs?

This looks the same as your other thread. Here is the advice then. "No risk. HIV cannot infect outside the body. Touching blood or fluids and then touching yourself does NOT infect with HIV. No risk. "

I saw in the forum that the HIV content of vaginal secretions is higher than that of blood. Is that right?

It does not matter in your case because neither blood nor vaginal secretions are infectious outside of the body.   HIV infection happens inside the body - when a penis is inside a vagina or anus unprotected - never outside the body.
Thank you for the two answer. I feel much better.
