Has anyone else had these symptoms?

In a two month period I had 10 male-to-male sexual partners.  With 8 of them, all we did was kiss and masturbate.  The other two performed oral sex on me, but in less than 10 seconds I told them both to stop and they did.

There was some contact of my partners' semen and pre-cum with my penis, but not in great amounts-- only by chance and by virtue of the fact that we were masturbating each other.

It has been 2 weeks since my last encounter and 9 weeks since my first.  For the past 2 weeks I have been extremely fatigued.  I feel very tired when I get out of bed in the morning (after 8+ hours of sleep).  I am exhausted during the day and can no longer exercise.  My legs have been feeling weak and tense-  as if they need to be stretched constantly to relieve tensions (especially my thighs).  My arms are much weaker as well.  I get winded climbing up a flight of stairs.

I haven't had a sore throat, though I have had very low-grade fevers and head aches.  I took some over the counter pain killers and fever reducers which solved the headaches and fever.  To be honest, I don't know that I would have noticed the very low-grade headaches and fevers if not for the fact that I was "on alert" and a bit paranoid given the fatigue.

I recently found a 1-cm pimple-like, slightly elevated, dark red spot under my pubic hair.  I've had folliculitis before, and this seems similar, though a bit different.  It seems to have burst and is now a bit scaly.  The top layer of skin looks a little whitish and I can see what looks like dark/dried up blood underneath.  It's all contained within 1-2 centimeters

I had a rapid HIV test done one week ago, and it returned a negative result, though I suppose it might have been too soon for the antibodies to have been amassed.  I also had blood-work done (CBC) this past week and there were no abnormalities.

My doctor said that my lack of sore throat, fever, sweats, chills, etc., coupled with the normal bloodwork make her think that it's likely not a viral infection.

Has anyone had an HIV seroconversion that sounds like this?  Fatigue and weakness for weeks?  Tense legs, shortness of breath, etc.  I'm starting to get paranoid, mainly because of the numbers of partners I had recently (though our activities were pretty safe).

I have been feeling the same symptoms and a few others. We both had no risk according to the people on this site.

Keep in mind that 100's or more people join this site everyday and flood this community with these types of questions. They have heard it all and I am sure that if a few people turned positive doing the same activities as you there would be studies to back it up.

Also, you like me have linked  your sudden strange illness to a sexual encounter. This may be just coincidence. My female partner is far higher risk, however my question was stated to be low risk. Read my first thread.

I am feeling all the symptoms of ARS yet tested negative. I am retesting again at the 6 week mark and I will post at that time. Please try to relax. This is a very scary time for a lot of us on this site.

I am not an expert but I have been on this site day in and day out researching stuff. Your activity is low risk including receiving oral sex. Think HIV is a Blood disease, blood to blood is the highest risk. I hope this helps

Simply said, such intercourses don't pose HIV risk, so your symptoms could be out of fear and/or caused by another disease. Stop thinking that you have HIV, you didn't even have the slightest of a risk.
