Do I have any risk of HIV or STD's?

When I masturbated I rubbed my penis on sofa dry and ejaculated after sometime (I inserted and rubbed it between cushions where people sit) and I inserted and rubbed cotton swab in my anus. I feel pain in my anus because I inserted and masturbated with cotton swab dry and deep. I also feel pain on my penis because I rubbed it on sofa dry. My penis and my anus probably have micro tears and they are irritated and maybe they bleed. I also rubbed my penis on my friend's pillow. I did these things many times. If someone used the cotton swab and put it back and I inserted it in my anus and it bleed, if someone rubbed their penis on sofa and ejaculated where I rubbed it and if my friend rubbed his penis on his pillow and ejaculated and then after I rubbed my penis on his pillow can I get HIV and other STD's in these cases? I also masturbated with my dirty hand and I touched my urethra, can I get HIV because of this? I will never do these things again and I regret that I did these things.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No other event that you can think of, including the events you mentioned, puts you at risk for HIV.  You cannot get HIV from objects, EVER.
