Any risk please?

On the 16th of July, I was playing with a girl... I tried penetrating her but she was dry so it hurt. I stopped. So, she layed by her side. I also layed by my side close to her. Then from behind, I was brushing her clit with my penis and she was enjoying it. I didn't know when it slipped in; just a bit of my tip (didn't exceed the head). I did that for about 5-10 seconds till she jumped and said it hurt. The tip of my penis felt oily but no fluids on it. I urinated afterwards. I did a HIV test on the 9th of August. It was negative. Any need to worry?

Couple of things here.  Only you know if you penetrated. Does it sound like it? No.  Pushing up against is not penetration. But again, we weren't there so only you know.  We cannot answer that other than to say it doesn't sound like penetration. The only risks for HIV are unprotected (penetration required) vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Touching any of her private parts with your penis is not a risk as air inactivates the virus.  Urinating after does nothing to prevent HIV or std's, by the way.

Thank you for your response. But does a test of 28days solve the problem of my anxiety? Should I take another test on the 16th of August? Will it be conclusive?
Testing NEVER solves the problem of anxiety.  Anxiety is a disorder to be treated.  People test over and over again and still have anxiety.  You don't need to test again but should find a solution that is real to treating your anxiety.
