Ports o' call

Ahoy Doc,

I am a Navy Sailor (Corpsman) on deployment at the moment.

We are sailin' the sloppy seas around South America, and have since made liberty calls in Mexico, Peru, Colombia...and we are now on our way to Panama!

I've a question of the "exposure-risk" sort. Here it goes:

I've been with several SW's. Seven to be exact. Shame on me. Dirty sailor I am...

I have used condoms every single time without fail, save for two, maybe three instances...and they are:

1) Many moons ago (2006), I received unprotected oral from a girl I met on Craigslist. Since then I've been negative on the Navy HIV tests, so I'm not worried here. I could have possibly gotten Chlamydia from her, but I took 1GM of Zithromax PO to rid myself of it. Hope it worked. I got the Zithromax from the clinic my girlfriend went to for an STD check...she was Pos. for it so they had me take the Azithromycin as well.

2) In Peru, I had trysts with two CSWs (I think they are CSW's...they work at a high-end gentlemen's club where the drinks are $20-30 USD...haha...ridiculous!). Anyway, I asked both of them in Spanish if they get tested for STD's. They both said 'indeed yes, we get blood tests and if we are positive we cannot work here'. I don't do Spanish very well, but they knew what I was asking, and I knew more or less what they said back to me.
Anyway, the sex with the first woman of the two went quite well. Condom intact, no problems. Then, I took it off and received oral from her for a good while, until I (pardon my being graphic) finished in her mouth. I asked her if I could inspect her mouth for any sores or bleeding (after the fact, of course...dumb), she consented, and I found her mouth/teeth/gums to appear remarkably healthy. What's the risk here? Probably pretty low, I suspect.

3) The second woman of the two is the one I am most concerned about. Let me explain why:

(Same bordello, same girl #2 as mentioned above).

While this fine young woman of about my age was very adamant about condom usage, and would not let me receive oral from her without one, I am still concerned about my risk in this instance. She, as I stated above, affirmed that she gets STD tests and even asked me if I get tested as well. Anyway, what had happened was...I put the condom on, and we went at it for a while. I withdrew, and freaked out because I thought the condom had broken. It didn't; it just stretched and the tip of the condom was drooping, leaving my penis in the middle of the shaft of the condom. What worries me here is that I found a white milkiness at the base of the condom (it was all scrunched up at the base from having been stretched) and in the tip; actually all throughout. I figured it was the lubricant from the condom mixed with friction and perhaps my pre-ejaculatory fluid (if I had any, I don't recall). I pulled the condom back down, and I went back in.
This time she was on top. We went at it, then I pulled out to check on the condom again. No breakage on the shaft or tip of the condom, and the same story as above. She thought I came because of the white milkiness in the droopy, streched-out tip. The tip was not distended or anything from any sort of fluid...it was sucked flat as if there were no air in the tip at all. Like those space-saver bags that you vacuum the air out of, haha.
Then I went back in, she on top facing my feet. This time, the condom rode up my shaft a little bit from the base, having been dragged up my shaft by her tight vagina. The condom emerged and the base of it ended close to the middle of my penis shaft. No exposure to my meatus, I believe. What is the risk here?
Throughout the hour of intercourse I checked the condom repeatedly; no visual on any breakage.
Then finally, I put her on her back and went at it some more, then I pulled out, looked at it one last time for breakage, and pulled it off. My shaft was slimy and gooey. My worry here is that there was a break or tear that I did not see near the base, but I doubt it. Never any direct exposure to my meatus. Condom never came off inadvertently, tip didn't break.
I then proceeded to masturbate myself and her manually, yada yada, then I finished upon her.

So, Doc, what's the happs? Any real risk here?

-Sailor Doc

P.S. - Sorry for the novel. The devil is in the details.

You crazy Matelots!!

Well I can tell that at now time were you at risk of HIV infection from Oral sex. Period.

And If I have read your post correctly at no time have you had unprotected vaginal sex with with any of these CSW's. As long as the head of the penis remains covered by an intact condom then you are protected. And you would have noticed a condom failure  - you don;t get a small tear, the whole dondom splits open. It's not subtle and there is no way you would not notice this.

So, in all you have had no real risk of HIV infection from any of your dalliances with these CSW's.
