High risk of Marginal behavior of sex and possibility to infect others?

Dear doctor,

How are you?

My name is James, I am a 30 years old man. I have a family with wife and one year old boy.

Recently, I am deeply disturbed by what happened last year. Due to job reason, I received around 10 times hand Masturbation and breast Masturbation provided by club girls, plus one time oral sex with condom protection. (No Vaginal sex, no Anal sex at all). I have no idea if these girls are healthy or not, with or without HIV infection.

I am now so worries if there is possibility for me to be infected HIV by these Marginal behavior of sex. Because when I receive masturbation, these girls sometime are naked and their Vaginal secretions might infect me by chance when they served me.

Besides, when I have sex with my wife, 99% sex is with condom protection. Only 1 time is without condom protection during past year. My wife is now breasting milk for my baby. I worry about if I am contagious, and I may infect my wife. In this case, it that possible my wife infect my baby by breast milk? (My wife and baby are tested for HIV during pregnant and born and it is negative for both of them at that time.) Now my baby is suffering Herpes angina and Amygdalitis with high fever up to 40 degrees Centigrade for two days. Along with Cervical lymph node enlargement. I am not sure my baby’s Symptom is related with this!

Please help me and I feel so depressed now. Please advise:
1. If I am any risk for HIV infection and should take HIV test now?
2. If my wife and baby should take HIV test now?

Thank you

First you need body fluids like a vaginal fluid and this fluid need touch your penis head it is didn't happened and you weren't t have big fresh blood injury
Oral sex with condom =0 risk
Handjob **** job =risk
No need test
You only feeling guilty and scared nothing else
If u wanna calm down u can test and it will come back negavative it is up to you

HIV is instantly inactivated in air which makes it unable to infect. Blood, fluids, cuts, etc ca not cause infection transmission when the virus has been inactivated. Only sex risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal. Everything you did is classified as air contact and also HIV is inactivated in saliva.
Muhlay's advice is incorrect about fluids. In fact he has had most posts deleted by the moderators.

There is a herpes forum. Condoms do not protect against herpes and many people show no symptoms, so you should check that forum out.
This is an HIV forum only. You had no HIV risk.
Hi Anxiousnomore, do you mean I have no risk at all and no need to take a test for HIV for me and my family?
