Chance of HIV

First off I apologize if this question is not appropriate for this community, but I'm worried and I don't know who to talk to.

I'm a college age student and I went to my local pediatrician for a physical. I have an eating disorder so I had to get blood drawn to make sure everything was in balance. She called and talked to my mom the next day and said everything looked okay except my white blood count. Apparently something called "neutrophils" was lower than it should be; she said this could most likely be explaned by my severe malnutrition.

I am sexually active, but monogamous, but I know that my partner has had two or three other partners in his life and has not ever been tested for hiv. We practice safe sex but have had some incidence of condom breakage recently (within the last month or so).

Does anyone know about white blood cell levels, and if low "neutrophils" could be a sign that I have recently contracted a viral infection such as hiv?

Again sorry if this is not the right place to post this. I'm just a little anxious about this and could really use some extra knowledge.

I got tested but it was too soon enough to be conclusive, I'm still waiting for the three moth mark. I was just wondering if my white blood cell count could be indicative of anything.

Wasn't all of this answered for you on Aug. 24th?  You know that the only way to know if you have been infected is by taking an HIV test.
