Foreplay hiv risk

Is foreplay... Only sucking breast and licking ears and neck hiv risk

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No other event that you can think of, including the events you mentioned, puts you at risk for HIV.  HIV is not transmitted via the mouth.

I am too much afraid. I have mad Molluscum outbreak in my genitals. Which were not going. Ultimately I removed it manually after 6 - 7 months.

Also I am facing reoccurring fungal infection in the groin region. Are these symptoms of hiv.
It doesn't matter how afraid you are.  Being afraid of HIV doesn't turn a no-risk event into a risk.

Since you had ZERO risk for HIV, obviously you cannot have symptoms of HIV.  See your doctor about your non-HIV related medical issues if they concern you.
