Friendly advice?!?

Hello. I'm a 26 YO male.
I slept with a girl from Tinder around 7/8 weeks ago (unprotected) stupid I know.
Went for the HIV test 4 weeks after exposure. Test came back Negative.
However I have now this week noticed painful swelling of the lymph nodes under my armpits.. No other symptoms. Swelling seems to happen around about 2 o'clock in the afternoon under both armpits. Been to the doctors and he gave me amoxicillin for a week, which seems to help.
I've also been reading a lot on the Internet which I don't think helps at all.
Am I just paranoid?
The girl I slept with also went for a full check up and everything came back fine.

Found out it was a 4th gen HIV duo antibody and antigen test at the 4 week mark. Can I breathe easily?

You are definitely paranoid and being in that state of mind you can get all sorts of diseases.the brain is playing games with you and if you let it continue you might be hospitalised

Possibility of HIV transmission from a single isolated act of unprotected sex with someone of unknown health status is not very significant, however the risk is not zero either.

If your test was a 4th generation HIV Duo (Antibody+Antigen), you have no reason to worry about, however if it was a simple Antibody test, you need to repeat it at 3 months mark after the exposure.

Do not pay attention towards your symptoms, they are often misleading and confusing
