chapped lips and hiv

Hello!
I have a small worry about one time when i have been with a girl, whom i kissed like had her dry lips between my lips with gentle sucking on the lips with passing my tongue on her lips. We just had ice cream some five minutes before the kissing. During the kiss i tasted her lips a bit salty which i think was from her chapped lips or i don't know, may be the ice cream. i had no cuts or sores in my mouth or lips or tongue.
I wanted to know (a) if this act could consist of a risk of hiv transmission!
(b)what happens  to the virus if somehow some of the hiv came from the chapped lips or dried blood on her lips, on my tongue? does hiv transmits through the tongue with no cuts or sores?
Please

You are not at risk for hiv or std. The worst thing you can get from kissing are NOT std's like the common cold or HSV1(70 percent of people have it).

Dont get caught up with technical stuff. Just rememnber with a new partner get tested together. ALWAYS USE A CONDOM! Till the day you get married and start having children. Other than that you should be fine.

I cannot understand why is that certain study shows that "physiological volume of blood" can prevent the inhibiting factor of saliva.
What is physiological volume?

Kissing is not a risk for std and hiv. If your dating this girl why not get tested together. HIV is transmitted 1. Unprotected vaginal/anal sex 2. Sharing injection in drug use. 3. Mother to child.
