HIV is not a risk for oral sex as air and saliva inactivate it. The only risks are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. There is no reason to worry, no reason to test after oral sex. NO ONE Has gotten HIV that way, not one single, proven documented case.
