Receiving oral from risky person

So last night I caught up with an old friend. I'm not sure if she is lying about ever using heroin but I know she's experimented with drugs and has been sketchy in the past. Recently she has been really cool and open and does not ever appear to be an addict (although I can't be 100% sure) but we hung out last night for at least 4 hours and she didn't show signs of anything. She went to the bathroom for about 5-10 min halfway through but never showed any signs of being doped up

Either way, last night I received a blowjob from her and I noticed when she took off her shirt she had several reddish bumps a little below her belly button. I've seen pictures of herpes but it didn't look like that really. I was thinking they could have possibly been track marks from shooting up but, like I said, she didn't display any doped up symptoms and she was smoking pot and just red eyed from that.

Either way, if she was shooting up, I am worried she could have HIV or maybe she did have herpes... I cant be sure but how likely is my chance of contraction for either. It was about a 10-15 minute blowjob and I finished in her mouth

Thank you so much. So you don't think, even though she doesn't have great teeth, that it would be overtly risky behavior for HIV? like I said, I'm not even sure they were track marks because I don't know what they look like. I just know she has had a sketchy past and I can't say if she  has or has not used or continues to. And even if she does I have no way to think she has HIV.

Not trying to make you repeat your answer but you believe it to be no risk? And no need to test? That is what I have been gathering about receiving Oral, that it is not a risk for HIV, but still I am a very paranoid person and still worry a lot about it

It's not how the people looks but the things you do what put you or not in risk for HIV.  Besides that, re read what I wrote, I have nothing to add.

Hope this helps.

Hello, doctors and epidemiologists around the world overwhelmingly agree that HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal penetrative sex, sharing needles or mother to child. Oral sex is not considered a risky activity, because there are no reports of people getting HIV by doing it.

There is no need to worry or get tested for HIV, however unprotected oral sex might carry a small risk for other STDs, you could ask in the STD Forum if you wish.

Hope this helps.
