Precautions required or not?

Hello Doc....I am a married man. From past one month I am in relationship with a married women. We had intercourse at least 4 times without any condoms that too for three cycle each time. I know this women for a very long time. Both of us are regularly active in sex with our spouses. I just want to know that is there any need or precautions to be taken? or can we enjoy sex directly the way we are been doing right now.

You should always take precautions even though you both are married. Your putting your spouses at risk. If you are asking about HIV testing as a precaution then yes you had a risk and need to test.

Hello,
Unprotected penetration poses a risk of HIV transmission.
An HIV test at the right time will give you accurate results.
A 4th generation test should be done at 4 weeks post exposure and a simple HIV test at three months post exposure.
Keep calm and test at the right time.
Take care
