please assess my risk

HI so i had sex with a sex worker 6 weeks ago, i understand that circumcised male reduce the risk of hiv infection but im a uncircumcised male and they say we need to pull back our foreskin before rolling the condom down but due to my tight foreskin i am unable to do that, so i put on the condom with my foreskin not rolled down, when i finished have vaginal intercourse, the condom was 3/4 slipped off probably due to the high amount of lubricant, nonetheless the penis head was covered and no leakage, so my question is am i at risk for not pulling back my foreskin before putting on the condom?

No. And as long as your penis head is coveted, you're fine.
