HIV Worry

vxv
In the park I was playing football and after stopping to hit the ball. I felt a sharp pain in my big toe after putting alot of force on it. I immediately thought it could be a needle, I looked around the area and could not see a needle or syringe. There was no blood on my toe or any visible puncture wound. What could this pain have been or could I have just not seen the needle?

seriously?

you saw no syringe / needle or blood...i don't know what caused your "pain" but it's not a hiv concern.
