Hiv transmission risk

Hello I need your help,I am a nurse I was talking to a friend who is HIV positive he was complaining about his mouth sores but he was talking to me a liquid splatter from his mouth that hit my left eye and my lip. Im very scared. Am I at risk? He has 4 open mouth sores due to weak immune system. Wat if ders blood mix with saliva

Move on, you don't have an HIV concern and I can't see any reputable doctor telling you that you had an exposure.

Find a new doctor.  It's impossible to get infected in this manner.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
