Stress over HIV

Hi,
I had a sex in massage parlor in New Delhi 2 weeks back. I wear condom through out massage. After massage we had sex while the lady was on top. After some moment the lady found condom has broken. I saw the condom and it was completely broken. I rush to the bathroom to clean it up. before clean I had urine and I clean my penis. She also did the same with her vagina. I asked that lady if she has any medical issues and she replied no. she said its ok, its happens. But after getting back home and after ready some internet posts my anxiety gets over and over. I found that women to man HIV transmission is possible through the tip of the penis opening or urethra. now I am worried a lot that HIV can be transmitted to me since my penis has already touches her vaginal fluid after condom breakage. Before sex I had burning sensations in penis but no sore or cut on it. I have a good wife and 2 children that's makes me thinking a lot. I am not in New Delhi now. I don't know the lady or her HIV status. I am not sex addict. It was my first visit to massage parlor and believe me last also. What am I suppose to do? My anxiety become more and more every day. I even don't know if massage ladies get tested for HIV or any STDs.

If she supplied the condom for you, she likely does it for everyone which would make her chances of HIV low since they rarely break.
You can take a 4th generation test after 28 days. Try to relax while you are waiting because nothing is pointing toward you having HIV and it isn't transmitted every time anyway.
You need to use a condom for any sex with your wife until the test results come back.
Condom can't protect against all std though, so you might want to get an std test from a clinic.

I contacted the massage lady yesterday to ask if she has any issues and she replied no. She said she is absolutely fine and there is nothing to worry about that accident. It was sudden and you wont get any disease from me.
Condoms can't protect against std so she is at least partially incorrect, so I would test after 28 if I were you. Or maybe she can test then and show you her result.
