Hiv risk and symptoms

exposure protected vaginal sex with no tear on condom and was brief with a girl sex worker.
At two weeks i started to get muscle spasms and my stomach was always making noises. I did the mistake to look up muscle spasms and i read it could be releated to hiv. Thats what started my anxiety.
Over the course of 4 weeks i devoloped shaky hands and of balanced. Alcohol seamed to make my anxiety worse so i stoped all alcohol, caffiene and suger. I also read that white tongue was a sighn of hiv and i looked at my tongue not knowing how long i ever examined my tongue it seamed white lol so i paniced and over the course of the 6 week  i expiernced nausea, night sweats, hot flashes , lack of sleep, stress. I was also out of the country away from my family and at work since i work out in the oil field international and that its self caused a lot if stress. I saw a doctor to examine my tongue and saud it looked quite normal. So that maid me relax. The night sweats stoped after three days and so did the hot flashes. After the 8 week i just had stomach issues and it seamed that it was what i was eating over. The 9 and tenth week i went with stomach pain and still have muascle spasms and joint and muscle pain from time to time wich is a dull pain. I dont have any enlarged lyhmp nodes or sore throught and fever. For the last 8 months seams that i have a lot of acid reflux cuz i do burp a lot for no reason. So its been 3 months since my exposure and still having some dull joi t pain on my knees and hands stiff neck wich could be from bad posture from laying down and satchn tv all day since ive been depressed. Could all this be due to hiv??

No since i used protection . It been o er 3 months and i have t had a sore throat or high fever since my last exposure and i really aint to worried about it but this came up. I still have muscle spasms and on going cluster headaches from time to time. 2 days ago i noticed i had like a ingrowned or a irratteded pimple on my head near my ear so i scratched it and two days later i got a swollen nodes near it. I also have had bad sinus like post nasal drip and stuffy nose the past few weeks. Last night i went to sleep with a headache on the left side of my head and woke up with my nodes a lot more swollen and painfull.

HIV should be feared. Unless you have it, you have no idea and can't even comment on it.

People fear HIV because of the media when in reality it is a virus that can be managed with the correct lifestyle and medication.
