Hello,
I had sex with a prostitute and i have many questions in my mind.. i am very scared and i  need help...

i will try to explain what happened... it is a little difficult because i am not a native speaker...

here is what happened...

we started with oral sex without condom..
then sex with condom...
after a few seconds she started giving oral sex on condom (10-20 seconds)
then took off  (or took out, I dont know how to say it) the condom and gave oral sex without condom...

there was a little scar, wound on my penis before sex..  it was covered with scup (crust). after sex i noticed that because of friction the crust was gone... and i saw the layer (i dont know what we call it) which is under my skin... it was not bleeding, i did not see any blood, but i remember that it was moist and sticky... ı got very scared when i saw that...

i have 2 questions...

i said that after sex she gave oral sex on condom... does that mean that she takes the infected vaginal fluid in her mouth and when she takes condom off, is it possible that she gives it to me???

my second question is about my scar.. i want to know if it is a risky wound( which was not bleeding)

if there is blood in her mouth or vaginal liquid, is it possible that she gives it to me through such a scar??

u say that i should get tested regularly... do you mean that i should get tested because of the thing that i explained in my previous message...

or should i get tested if i do such risky stuff in general??

you had NO risk for contracting hiv from what you've described.

testing is not needed.

I would say this risk is VERY VERY low. It is unlikely there is anything wrong with you.

For future reference... Don't have sex with prostitutes without a condom for both intercourse and oral sex. And another thing -- get tested regularly.

Sex workers can be the safest people to have sex with -- but if and only if they are actually practicing safe sex.
