I just had sex with a ladyboy but we used condoms on. Now i am afraid that i may have contracted hiv. Because i suddenly feel nauseated and had diarrhea. Please advice.
You used a condom therefore you did not expose yourself to HIV. The nausea and diarrhea are related to your anxiety and therefore you should learn how to relax more.

But i out the condom on in the car when i was hard and pulled my pants on. Then we got to her apartment and we stsrted intercourse. Once we were done i didnt see anything spilling from the condom or anything. Shoild i get PEP?
As Chima said, you had no risk for HIV. You do not need PEP, and you do not need a test. You did NOT get HIV from this event.
