Help HIV

I am worried sick...Me and this guy mutually masterbated together and he came first...He ejaculateed heavily right after he ejaculated he rubbed all his semen on the tip of my penis head including the opening and jacked me off until I came also...I want to know whats the risk of contracting HIV this way and if I need to get tested???
Also I wanted to know can I get any other STD's from his semen coming in contact with my penis.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

But I thought HIV is active inside of semen so if he rubbed his semen inside of my urethra wouldnt that be a possible risk for exposure?
Just need to know for sure to get rid of my fears

You never had an exposure. No risk, no need to test.
