kissing and protected sex

i had protected sex with a call sex worker using a durex condom
but i kissed her very deeply with toungue coming out
and i kissed her deeply for atleast 1 hour also i sucked her nipples for a very long time
am i at risk?
i also had cut in my mouth and even she had little bleeding in gums...

i mean is kissing deeply with cuts in both the p[artners mouth a risk for hiv transmission?

Kissing is NOT a risk for contracting HIV. Further, how did you even see her gums were bleeding? That doesn't even make sense.

but doctor here in my country said it is low risk activity but not zero risk?
can anybody answer whether it is a low risk activity or zero or no risk activity?

Unless the two of you met at a dental office and both just finished EXTENSIVE dental surgery with FRESH excessive bleeding you will not get HIV from kissing.  Yes!!  Even with cuts and sores in your mouth.  You also assume she had HIV which is unlikely.  Especially given the fact you used protection.  Most CSW are not infected.   Most probably know more about HIV than we do here in this forum.  Move on.  You had no risk from kissing.

If no other reason the saliva carries over a dozen enzymes and proteins which inhibit the virus.
