Lip piercing risk

I've looked and can't find that much informatoin on this subject, so I'm hoping someone here can help me.

A couple years ago I had a lip piercing done, and the conditions looked...well, less-than-sanitary.  She kept the long piercing needles in a jar with some sort of green/blue solution, wiped my mouth with a disinfectant, jabbed me, and it was done.

I'm wondering if I should consider getting an HIV test?  I'm actually quite concerned about this.  I should've asked questions about their sanitary practices back then, but was young and stupid, and didn't think to.  I recently called the establishment and asked if they reuse needles, and they claim they do not.  However, this is two years later, I'm not sure what the guidelines were back when I was pierced.  I also have a tattoo, does this carry any real risk?  I was tattooed at a cleaner, different place, and they used disposable needles.

Does an oral piercing warrant getting an HIV test?  What is my risk?  I'm a little worried.  Anything anyone can say to guide me in the right direction or put my mind at ease would be very helpful.  Thanks.

There is no such thing as a stupid question as long as the answer helps you sleep at night. I'd go with no risk because you kind of answered your own question. They used the solutions (the exact name doesn't come to mind at the moment) and if they did reuse needles then they probably would have been shut down a long time ago.
