High igG and ESR results, Hiv?

Hi all, i have recently had numerous blood tests after seeing a Rheumatologist for severe Thoracic back pain. He originally thought i might have Ankylosing Spondylitis but has now ruled this out. In my last lot of Blood results there was a elevated result for igG (35) and my ESR had risen from 38 to 57 over a 10 day period.
Yesterday I saw a Hematologist who is now checking me out for Myeloma. He pointed out that that this is a very rare disease and asked if there was a chance that I could have came in contact with the Hiv virus.
In the past 9 months I have had unprotected oral sex with men, mainly receiving but have been the giver as well. Prior to these encounters I haven't anything like this.
So my question is as much as i read the chance of getting hiv from oral are low do you think I could test positive, and is high igG and elevated ESR a sign of Hiv infection?
besides the back pain I feel fine, and haven't been sick at all this past year. weight is normal, no other symptoms to report.thanks

you never had a risk

continue to work with your dr to find the cause of your elevated blood levels...it's not hiv related.
