Can you get hiv from drinking after someone , or say if you and the person were flirting an they clawed your back  to the point you  can see the scratches but they arent bleeding,  and can  you get it from someone biting your neck, or sticking thier tongue in your ear?  my friend did that to me  back in jan. she's had sex with many people, i have not had sex and ive only had one person i did oral with which was my boyfriend at the time.
