Hiv blood on psoriasis

Hi, 3 weeks ago I had a haircut, the hairdresser was a male transvestite.
I have psoriasis of the scalp and at the time it was aggravated/ open/ bleeding.
The hairdresser cut him/herself with the scissors and went away to deal with the cut. While the hairdresser was gone I ran my hand through my hair and noticed blood. It wasn't my blood, it had dripped from the hairdresser's hand.
Assuming the hairdresser was hiv+ and their blood dripped into one of my open psoriasis sores, am I at risk of contracting hiv, or am I able to dismiss this as just a gross encounter? Thank you :)

Nobody in the world is known to have caught HIV from exposure to blood in a barber shop, beauty salon, etc. I see no reason to be worried.

Sorry forgot to add - before that I had been without any illness for over 6 months. 2 weeks preceding the event I have had a persistent ear infection, and also have had a very nasty respiratory illness lasting over a week.
