Test interpretation please.

Today , and after 5 weeks + 1 day of a low risk exposure ( receptive penile oral without ejac.), I called a lab in my city and asked them if they offer combo hiv test. The reception girl didn't know what I mean she asked the laboratorian and they told her yes they have. So I got tested and they asked me to come after 4 hours to take the results from the reception. I couldn't see the specialist. I even kept telling the girl withdrawing my blood is this a antibody/antigen test but she said she only know it's " a viral load test", and her responsibility just to withdraw blood she doesn't know about the test but then asked and said yest Ab/Ag test. So I got the result stating negative. But the report was very vague. it was in this form:

"Exam : HIV (1+2)
Result: 0.14
Normal : i1.0 positive"
I asked the reception girl what is this 0.14 why not 0 ! she said it's normal, nothing in science is 0 and she said that this test usually detects infection at day 7, so you being at week 5 put your mind at ease and no need to test again.
My question is what is this 0.14 ?
I know you will say it's a negative result I know this but can someone explain to me this result in terms of antibody/antigen ..?
They didn't communicate me well although this lab is famous and established since 1972 !

First, what type of test is this? I do not see a mention of p24 testing. A test that does include p24 is not considered to be accurate until 12 weeks after the possible infection. Only a combo or duo test (one that check for both the antigen and the antibody) are considered accurate at 6 weeks.
Anyway, oral sex is a negligible risk of HIV and you did not required testing in the first place. You should be tested for other STIs though such as chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis as they can be transmitted by oral sex and are much easier to catch than HIV.

That's what upsetting me. No mention of p24 in the report and the reception girl obviously has no knowledge about the matter. But lets assume as they call it "viral load" which obviously means not antibody. so ?
Yes, but at 5 weeks, antibody tests alone are not sufficient. If it would have been after 6 weeks, this might have been different for me to say that the was conclusive or not.
But, as I am no doctor, and only follow the guidelines of the CDC, I cannot tell if this test is conclusive or not as there no mention of antigen testing.
I googled the result and its antigen test whose result are given like this. So I think this can be conclusive especially that the reception girl said this test usually detect from day 7 in our lab. Anyway thanks for your answers
Normally duo test only are conclusive at 28 days, even though they give an excellent indication at 21 days.
I checked with a doctor today. I showed her the report and she said it is the combo 4th generation test. She also said that this lab is trust worthy. She said too that given my low risk I can take this as conclusive and if I want to retest at 3rd month for peace of mind I can do but she saw no need to retest.
