Hi im from india 28M, on aug26,2017 i went a massage parlor in india, where i turned to have unprotected vaginal exposure.
Following are the activities gone there.
1. My penis was not erect at that time..very hard to insert
2. After inserting on 1 minute i was inside her. Gaining conscoius about hiv i took it outside.
Found my precum while taking out
3. Got handjob from her and left place.

After that i gone through several websites and read symptoms.. due to fear on next day i went nearby clinic and consulted doctor. Where i asked to take Andrology panel 1&2 test. In that all seems to ok.
Doctor prescribed for Doxrid and Azivo.

To reconfirm i visited infectious disease specialist doctor. Where he suggested for Pep. Its Zepdon 500mg and Tenvir-em.
I started taking PEP from 77hrs only

Following are the symptoms i faced from the day onwards:

After exposure
Day 3: Mild loose stools(not frequent 2 times/day) still continuing
Day 3-7: Fatigue
Day 10: Groin pain
Day 20: Red spots on penis head(disappeared after 2 days)
Day 25: white spot near eye.

Really my symptoms are killing me. I feeling guilt for cheating my wife. We got girl baby 20 days back only. Really i want to live my life for her. Iam the breadwinner for my family.pls help whether this is hiv symptoms or due to anexity.
Daily i am killing myself by hiv fear. Pls help me ! I need my family ...

Your symptom never tell anything about your health status. so forget them. You somehow managed to insert your penis inside her without protection (am I right... without protection?), therefore you have exposed yourself to the risk.
Get yourself tested for HIV duo (antibody+antigen) with fourth generation test anytime after 4 weeks of the exposure, collect your conclusive report and move on with your family life

Thanks diver.. for your reply..actually my doctor suggested for CMIA test at 4 weeks... is that conclusive or again i need to take at further intervals???
Also, will pep undergoing will affect any test results???

You have to wait 28 days after finishing the PEP to test. One test should be conclusive.

Yes, thanks AnxiousNoMore, I skipped his PEP statement inadvertently. Test can be done 4 weeks after finishing the PEP
