Hiv, very high risk?

Hello,
I  am a 22 year old straight mail and believe I may have gotten hiv. 6 weeks ago, I was finger a girl in my car it was dark and didn't realize that she was bleeding. I briefly went down and give her oral(10 secs max) she then gave me unprotected oral sex for 5 mins. I then continued to finger and like on her nipples 15 mins max. As I turned my car on I saw blood everywhere. I immediately lost my mind and knew that this would automatically make it a high risk activity. 2 days later I got a little tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. I also began to have ankle and lower back pain for a few days. The next week I had severe chest and acid reflux symptoms. I was burping  while just drinking water. I have had no appetite and lost weight. I've had slight ear pain, I also had a few nauseous days. This week I've had the most severe joint pain in my life and it seems to be moving around to different parts of my body throught the day. Please let me know what you think because I seriously don't know what to do.  I've been given treatment and tested for gonor/chylam and was negative.

Ok thanks. I know this is strictly an hiv only forum, but do you believe that I could have contacted another std?

I know your very knowledgable. I've seen you help multiple people on this forum. Should I go to the doctor and ask for an hiv test because of the symptoms or because your telling me to clear my mind? What about the tingly penis head?
