Instruments of dentist and HIV

Hi all,

Ten days ago I visited to the dentist (private clinic) for a cleaning and fillings my teeth.
The dentist have another patient before me. And then (immediately) he clean my teeth. I dont see the dentist wash his instrument / apparatus. After he clean my teeth, my gums were bleeding. Finally, he fillings my teeth with the same instrument.

Am I as risk? Please help me. I am really paranoid.

Thank you

What country do you live in?If it's a third world country then you may have a valid point but it's highly unlikely you would contract HIV this way.
