Is there any risks?

I was with my boyfriend (who is VIH+) kissing and he was stimulating my anus before he puts his condom on. So, I went on top of him, and his bare penis touched my anus, probably his tip got inside juuust a little cause I had lube, so I backed and cleaned my ass with some tissues. He just had precum and the tip of his penis barely got inside as I inmediately got away. There was penetration? Is precum a risk? Should I be worried?

He is nowadays 8 months in treatment, and last month he was notified of 53 RNA Level/HIV viral loads

Brief penetration, if it happened at all, is unlikely to result in HIV infection.
If you are concerned, you should just get tested.
