Just got a haircut....
To make a very long story short, I'm a young 19 year old who lost his mom from cancer a few years ago. I have a serious paranoia and anxiety problem after that. I fear everything, life is tough alot of times but I still try and pull through. I always wake up and think man what is it going to be today. Well today I went and tried to get a haircut. The lady was 70 and pretty nice. We were talking and then I noticed that the hand she was pinching my hair up together with had a huge bloody cut just about touching my hair every time she did a new line. I immediately thought oh my god why today and why this. Usually my phobias are stupid and I can throw them out of my head but this is the real deal. Keep in mind I also have a huge pimple on my top forehead near my hair that is open because I scratched it. (Main cause of disease concern.) So i leave, and get home and freak out... so I call her back and she says she doesnt have aids or hepititus and starts telling me how I can catch it and blah blah... but nonetheless im screwed up in the head enough already and now im freaking out that she could have had anything in the book. She also was telling me that she has to get tested every year before she gets her licence renewed which I dont know if its true or not.
PLEASE tell me if you think I have any concern to catching anything if she could carry anything. I just wish I could find somthing to calm these paranoid triggers down, im so young and I am normal but I am soooo scared of getting a disease. I dont know who to go to or where to go, because I dont have any parents to talk to about this.

try not to worry you self so much buddy im exactly like u i have anxiety and very bad im deeply paranoid to and im exactly lik u i cant even have sexual intercourse with out thinking the next day im gonna die in 10 because she gave me aids even though it was protected sex please dnt worry ur self it makes u sick i had anxiety triggered about 6 months ago now and its been hell ever since mione got triggered from being stuck in a little box elevator for 4 hours and yer its been hell worrying alot washing my hands constantly scared of going to the shop cause i dnt wanna get sick and worried that i have every thing rong with me its terible stuff and people dnt really understand unless they got it and i no how u feel trust me just u have to relax i came with a great way of doing this just send me ur email and ill teach u if u wud lik me too bye the way i dnt think there is any possible way of getting any diseas that way plus shes lik 70 lol
well the main concern was she was washing my hair with the bloody hand and if the blood ran into the water stream which at one point went near my eye, i heard that you can get infections through the eye with pathogens... im finding every way to drive myself crazy about this, i mean she was an elderly lady about 70 yrs old...... i even called her and she said not to worry and told me how you catch the diseases and i was needing to get some anxiety pills (which she is right)

no way you can get hiv or hep c that way. hiv can't live outside the body. both hep c have to be passed through unprotected vaginal/anal and iv drug use.
Not even if her blood was in the water and ran into my eyes or into my cut pimple on my forehead??? I feel so contaminated right now.... it *****.
