Just to clear this up

I know that HIV can't be diagnosed through symptoms EVER. However; I have one question. The other day I had a low grade fever, muscle soreness, chills, achy body, and a headache. Later that day I found a swollen gland on my groin. All of this went away within 10 hours excluding the gland. Does this sound like a risk for HIV? Or does it sound like anxiety? I'm just worrying about it. I've also had dull pain on and off in my left abdominal/groin area. I'd love to hear your thoughts and your info.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

There was no penetration--therefore there was no risk.
