Mutual masturbation with lube risk

I’m an asexual man who every once in a while enjoys the company of other men while masturbating. I usually keep my hands to myself and won’t allow touching but a couple of weeks ago I allowed one partner to rub my penis a few times. We’d both been using lots of lube, which is why I’m asking whether lube could have served as a conserved of any HIV and whether this could have transferred any HIV from his body to mine.  He told me he’d been tested negative recently and was on prep (though can never be sure to trust) but since I’m generally rather inexperienced and mostly asexual I’d like to keep safe at all times.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV or any STDs from someone's hand, or from any bodily fluid that might be on the hand.  The only part of someone else's body that can transmit HIV is the penis, and in order to transmit HIV, it would need to be inside your anus without a condom. (or vice-versa -- your unprotected penis inside someone else's anus or vagina.)
