Mutual masturbation with sebaceous cyst

I have had a sebaceous cyst on my penis for a few years now,
I've been advised that unless it bothers me it doesn't have to be removed.

If i press it hard enough it does extract liquid/puss, would this increase any risk of HIV when performing mutual masturbation?

Thanks in advance.

No,because hiv is not transmitted via mutual masturbation, cyst or no cyst.Hiv ttransmission occurs inside the body not outside it.Your safe.
