My first sexual encounter that I deeply regret

I come from a conservative society and we do not have sex before marriage. One night I was very depressed so I went to a bar and had a lot of drinks. A prostitue came to me and I found myself going with her to her house. She give me an oral before puting the condom on. Then I had vaginal sex with her with a condom on during which I fingered her labia. I touched her labia with my tongue for no more that a second. Excuse me for all the details which I regret writing. Next day I woke up and I couldn't beleive what happened. I had diarrhea for the next 10 days, I couldn't eat, I lost my appetite, nausea, and mild fever. I am scared I have contracted HIV. Sometimes I feel tingling in my groins and I am out of order. Friends and family are confused why am I so quiet and depressed but I cannot share my fears with them.

Hi 5ateya,

Hmmm, what i am going to say will be adding fuel to my own anxiety, but probably a source of comfort to you, is that the advice about the symptoms point towards something that is not painful, not itchy, but very uncomfortable. meaning, you feel very sick, but your lymph nodes don't hurt, and your rashes don't itch.

About false positives, especially with weakly positive rapid tests, you can take a look at this article. I hope this article can relieve some of your anxiety while you wait for your western blot results to come back on monday.

I hope that your monday results will be fine.

May God bless you.

Hang in there,,,,am sure its a  false positive,There are some people who test postive on ELISA but negative Western Blot ,let us know the results,, am more curious than you,,,

In mean while, leave your lymph nodes alone, the more you poke ,the more they swell

Good luck

Condom was fine and vaginal penetration was brief.
I will get my results next monday.
I have a question, on saturday after the test I noticed a bump to the right of my throat and yesterday I got pain in my neck and when I touched it I found a small bump too on the back of my head that hurt very much when pressed.
Nothing in my armpits I guess and no fever or new rash.
Does that indicate ars and seroconversion and the faint lines on the testing kit or am I wrong.
I really appreciate your answers.

Hi 5ateya,

1st of all, recall, was your condom intact after the intercourse? If you checked, and it was ok, then you should be fine.

I read some articles about some weakly positives in rapid tests being actually false positives (ie: negative on western blot).

Let us know of your results ok? I hope that the test result will be fine.

May god bless you.

The fact that you had one of the test come back negative is good so breath and relax a moment. Did they send your blood out for western blot? that is the usual procedures in the United States. When you get that test back it will be conclusive (if you test outside the window period). Please when you get your western blot test result post them. Your results are not common and will cause more anxiety for the people that follow this forum with similar non risk situations.

Good luck and God bless you

Can someone get 2 pos tests and still be negative !?
I understand what u said about the risks but I got positive results it's very frustrating.
maybe the condom was not of a good quality
maybe I had a cut on my penis (Which I usualy did have at times before)
I don't know
and I am having swollen lymph nodes in my neck and groins
