Need Risk Assessment

I'm afraid I feel like I already know I'm at high risk but I need some feedback anyway. In October, I had sex with a prostitute in El Salvador. I was intoxicated and remember very little of the encounter. I do remember though that before she left she was looking for and couldn't find the second condom we apparently used. I came down with cold-like symptoms in the middle of December. In the beginning of January, I had unprotected sex with a woman I picked up in a bar in El Salvador. Here I am a few weeks later and I have another sore throat, cough, stuffy nose, etc.
I am planning on getting tested in another couple months but am looking for my odds. I am also planning on changing the way I live my life because I understand all the ramifications that might result  from my reckless behavior. Please don't judge me and understand that I regret what I've done. Thank you for your time, Doctor.

Not a doctor but I would suggest getting tested at 3 months. Don't spend all your time worrying though because the odds are in your favor. Don't rely on symptoms, they meen nothing one way or the other...not everyone experiences symptoms so just do the testing...you will be ok.
